What to Do After Accepting Offer from Apex Tryouts 

Check list after Accepting offer through VSTAR system:

1) Make sure the deposit is made by the end of the day on July 15th or your position will be offered to the next person in line.  Also, pay via friends and family if you are paying via Venmo or Paypal.  This information is in email and also under our fees tab as to the correct deposit to pay.

2) Make sure you have an Esoft account.  This is our internal system as to how we keep track of your payments.  This can be found under the Club section under account login.  If you have ever participated in any of our clinics you should have an account.

3) Follow us on Facebook as we make a lot of announcements on there and it is an easy way for us to post announcements quickly.

​

4) Download the Group Me app (blue looking app) You will get a Group Me notification to join the group for your team.  This will be how your team communicates throughout the season.

5)Fill out the Code of Ethics​ and Attendance Policy google form below

 

 

6) Be prepared to work hard, learn a lot, and have fun!!
